You get a wide 200 degree horizontal and 160-degree vertical view angle so you can easily capture an entire room in a single photo. The issue with lenses like this is the “Fisheye” effect that gives it the name. You get a good amount of distortion on the edge of your photos from this, however, this particular lens does a good job at minimalizing that.
